Position Overview:
Ensuring timely and accurate payment of outstanding invoices.
Resolve invoicing disputes and discrepancies
account reconciliation
completion of monthly reports
Skills Required:
Post secondary degree
Fluently Bilingual in French and English (Verbal and Written)
Solid Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
Good business judgement, proactive
Good negotiation skills with an understanding of customer current and future needs
Ability to work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail
Quick learner, requiring limited supervision
Result oriented
Must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle and willing to travel if required
Key Responsibilities:
Handling daily deposits and posting receipts to customer accounts
Maintain systematic program of collection outstanding receivables
Resolve customer account issues proactively
Maintain customer files
Manage and complete multiple tasks
