Looking for sale/rent in Toronto - GTA, Ontario, Canada : FAMILY in URGENT need of Housing

Hello

My Husband, son and I are urgently looking to rent a basement or floor of a house for March 1st, 2012. I am a journey woman in the field of HVAC. My husband is an account manager. Currently I am on E.I looking after my son for the time being.
We are looking for a property owner to give us a chance by allowing us to rent his/her property. We are facing Housing opportunity shortages due to being laid off last may by the company I worked with leaving me with the situation of a bad credit rating. My husband needs to rebuild his credit but his rating is ok.
We are looking to spend no more than 900.00 a month. We are looking for all inclusive and looking for the Greater Toronto Area. If you can help, Please contact me at 416 877 2221. Thank you very much.
