Plan and implement creative and stimulating program activities for infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their parents/caregivers; Provide direction and evaluation of student placements, volunteers, and project staff; Provide a safe, attractive, welcoming and enriching program environment; Develop and provide resource material for parents and caregivers; Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Toy & Resource Library; Design and administer program budget; Provide information for funding applications and reports (statistics); Network with similar programs and associations; Maintain attendance records; Develop system for program evaluation; Maintain inventory of equipment and toys and purchase replacement material in accordance with budget; Participate in Centre fundraising and promotional activities; Attend relevant training sessions and conferences; other duties as assigned including coverage of Centre reception desk.
