Creative Outdoor Advertising is currently seeking a Full-Time In-house Sales Representative Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM
We are now looking for a sales rep who is comfortable cold calling over the phone and using email to sell the advertising on the benches to local businesses in the area. You must have access to a car as our Gormley office (2402 Stouffville Road) is not on any bus route.
There is a base salary of $25,000 a year plus commissions on every new advertising face sold. We would expect you to earn in excess of $40,000 for your first year with potential long term earnings in excess of $60,000.
Our most successful sales representatives:
-Have outstanding communication/interpersonal skills
-Excellent on the computer including Microsoft, Google Maps and comfortable learning new programs (Salesforce)
-Are well organized, charismatic, self-motivated and hard working
-Love to talk on the phone and are comfortable selling over the phone
-Have a willingness to use our low-key, low pressure sales approach and follow proven sales techniques that have sold out the majority of our 150 plus territories across North America

You must however be comfortable cold calling small businesses on the phone as this is how you will generate the majority of your sales.
