Looking for a 2bedroom OR 1 plus den from November 1st 2011

I am looking for a 2 bedroom OR
a one bedroom plus den to rent for 6 months starting November 1ST, 2011.

(Preferably NO basements)
Utilities must be included (water, electricity etc. )
also I would require one parking space

It's for two mature university students who are very quiet, NON-smokers and do not own any pets etc.

Areas of preferance include Mississauga, Woodbridge, Sherway & environs, Downtown toronto (refined yet reasonable areas)
