Office Administrator

Main Duties:
? To oversee & carry out the day to day administrative activities of the office.
? To delegate work to the office staff and also ensure that proper procedures as well as deadlines are met.
? To Establish work priorities for the staff.
? To oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new policies.
? To look after and assure the proper co-ordination work of all the office works.
? To co-ordinate and plan for various office services
? To assist the office staff in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
? To prepare quarterly and annual reports & review them with the top management.
Salary: Minimum C$ 20.00 per hour
Qualification: University degree with experience in related profession is preferred.
