Offering in Toronto - GTA, Ontario, Canada : Product/Inventory Planner

Position Overview:
- Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of product models
- Accurate knowledge of product information in order to communicate with other departments
- Assist in the selection, purchasing and forecasting of products
- Coordinate production orders
- Analyze open and overdue orders
- Monitor inventory levels
- Respond to product inquiries regarding availability
- Maintain relevant files and databases
- Generate and distribute reports to management

Skills Required:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Experience with web-based portals or the ability to quickly learn new environments is an asset
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data in order to retrieve relevant information
- Quick learner, proactive, attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken
- Must posses a polished and professional appearance and attitude
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness/ability to travel
