About this Item
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Manage effective complaint resolution.
? Identify business trends in complaints, service and performance.
? Manage integration of key concepts/actions into the organization.
? Build value-added partnership with CIA/CFA partners through daily interface, proactive discussion and responsiveness to needs.
? Work to develop and upgrade CIA/CFA capabilities through promotions, Cambria University, leveraging Cambria resources and conducting business reviews.
? Provide oversight and task-specific training to coworkers.
? Work with FabShop to maximize productivity or QA to ensure good process while meeting customer?s expectations.
? Manage daily priority list to ensure on-time delivery to CIA partners (CIA RAR only).
? Represent the organization at industry events.
? Analyze key indicators of customer performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
? Perform other duties as assigned by management
The successful candidate must possess qualities to maintain the high demands of this fast growing industry including:
? Bachelors Degree
? 3 ? 5 years as Inside Account management
? Demonstrated Project Management skills
? Strong computer skills included Microsoft Office Suite
? Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
? Ability to establish priorities daily.
? Conflict management skills, especially with customers.
? Ability to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a timely manner.
? Ability to build relationships and network/integrate customer into organization to be part of community.
? Professional image.
