Hello I am a mature adult female, mid 20's, seeking a roommate to split rent on a house I am currently renting.

I am looking for clean quiet , respectful room mate. NO COUPLES.

It's a two bedroom one bath war time house. The full sized basement is finished to provide a second large living room for extra comfort. There are also two entrances to the home. Laundry and parking on site. The laundry room has some storage and the garage has a small amount of storage as well.

This is not just a room rental. You are renting the entire house with me. I am not renting the bedroom and basement living room separately.

I have full kitchen supplies that I am willing to share if they are respected and cleaned. .

The house very small front and back yard with little yard work. optional I am able to take care of the yard. Shoveling is a share chore.

It's a 3 minute walk from Harwood with bus routes to Ajax GO and UOIT bus.and GO bus routes East and West.
