SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct painting construction projects from start to finish Design systems for project scheduling, specifications, material purchasing, and budgeting
Prepare and submit budget estimates Coordinate with clients on colours, styles, product options, work time frames, and project costs
Organize schedules and junctures for progression monitoring against established schedules Negotiate and prepare contracts with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
Create and implement quality control systems Prepare progress reports and schedules for clients
Direct the purchasing of materials and supplies Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
Promote and ensure the sales and application of General Paint products Perform post-project follow up with clients for guaranteed customer satisfaction
Proactive in discovering in new and innovative painting techniques and technologies Build strong business relationships and networks with suppliers and customers
