Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturer of cylinders for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and aerospace systems requires a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team of technical professionals. In this role you will:

· Review and provide input for supplier selection activities including supplier evaluation and quality systems audits. Will coordinate supplier process capability programs for new components, processes, assemblies or purchased finished goods.

· Reports directly to the Division Quality Manager. Will work with internal staff and outside suppliers, vendors and customers.

Education:

· BS degree in Engineering field or related technical discipline and/or ASQ certification as Quality Engineer.
