Position Purpose:
Private Banker is responsible for relationship management and growth of long-term profitable relationships. Using a personalized and confidential approach to manage a portfolio of clients requiring high touch banking, financial planning, value added advice, credit and other financial solutions, both domestic and international. Typical clients may be CEOs/senior executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and affluent Canadian clients. Clients will usually have complex banking and credit needs, and may require investment planning and/or tax, will & estate, and succession planning.
Key Accountabilities:
The primary focus of the Private Banker is to manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients on a relationship management basis with the goal of fostering Trusted Advisor relationships and one stop financial shopping to enhance client satisfaction and overall bank profitability. Emphasis will be placed on building mutual relationships based on choice, objectivity and expertise.
As an integral part of the enterprise HNW team, the Private Banker will seek out client contact to provide a superior client service experience, specifically addressing the comprehensive holistic needs for their select client base. The Private Banker is required to objectively identify client needs in order to present unbiased enterprise solutions either independently or through a supporting team of HNW professionals depending on client requirements and desire.
