Advanced EMR & First Responder Training
Emergency Medical Responder
F.A.S.T. Rescue provides the Emergency Medical Responder Program as an approved supplier by the Red Cross. Firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical services personnel are among the groups for whom this course is intended. It satisfies the National Occupational Competency Profiles (NOCP) for emergency medical responders (EMR) at the practitioner level set forth by the Canadian Paramedic Association (PAC).
In an emergency, the knowledge and abilities learned in this course can help maintain life, reduce suffering, and reduce the consequences of an injury or sudden illness until the next level of medical care takes over. It complies with the most recent First Aid & CPR Guidelines and Advanced First Aid OHS standards. The Emergency Medical Responder certification includes CPR Level HCP and AED, and it is valid for three years (AED).
