Our transportation client is in search of a French speaking Customer Service Representative.
Your duties include:
- receiving inbound phone calls
- making out bound phone calls
- handling discrepancies of customer orders
- handling product questions from customers
- take customer orders
- resolve short ship issues
- warranty and credit handling
- returned and defective items
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Preference to transportation industry
