About this Item
Our manufacturing client is in search of a French speaking Customer Service Representative.

Your duties include:

- receiving inbound phone calls
- receiving out bound phone calls
- handling discrepancies of customer orders
- handling product questions from customers
- take customer orders
- resolve short ship issues
- warranty and credit handling
- returned and defective items

Requirements:

- Fluent French and English
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Preference to call centre and CSR in a manufacturing setting
