About this Item
Our Sporting goods client is in search of a French speaking Customer Service Representative.

Your duties include:

- receiving inbound phone calls
- receiving out bound phone calls
- handling discrepancies of customer orders
- handling product questions from customers
-take customer orders
-resolve short ship issues
-warranty and credit handling
-returned and defective items

Requirements:

- Fluent French and English
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Preference to sporting and large item goods industry
