We are looking for Business Development Specialists with strong telephone communication skills that are driven to identify potential prospects for our clients.
Business Development Specialists identify decision makers within target companies. Convert prospects into face to face or phone appointments for our clients or provide registration services for conferences and seminars. Contact businesses to generate qualified leads for our clients. Perform daily cold calls to warm leads and dormant accounts. Increase customer awareness of products and services.
A minimum of 1 year experience in an inside sales/call centre role. Strong capacity for generating revenue and overachieving budget expectations. Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and closing skills, excellent probing skills. Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills. Networking ability to target key decision makers in all departments. Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM Software and Internet Explorer. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
