CA Manager - Entry Level
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the completion of audit, review and compilation engagements of financial statements for Owner-Managed Businesses, including the review of corporate and personal income tax returns
Offer proactive business advice to clients
Participate in various consulting engagements
Participate in marketing functions and activities
Identify and develop new opportunities for additional accounting and consulting services
Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members to assist in their development and growth
Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum 5 years post UFE experience
Public accounting audit experience, preferably in a mid-size firm
Solid corporate and personal taxation knowledge
Superior technical accounting skills
Dedication to client service and strong communication skills
