FAMILY in URGENT need of Housing

My Husband, son and I are urgently looking to rent a basement or floor of a house for March 1st, 2012. I am a journey woman in the field of HVAC. My husband is an account manager. Currently I am on E.I looking after my son for the time being.
We are looking for a property owner to give us a chance by allowing us to rent his/her property. We are facing Housing opportunity shortages due to being laid off last may by the company I worked with leaving me with the situation of a bad credit rating. My husband needs to rebuild his credit but his rating is ok.
