- work closely with Partners
- type documents
- contact clients
- reception duties
- coordinate travel arrangements
- proof read accounting files
- create company letters
- mail duties
- simple bookkeeping duties
Requirements
- strong communication skills
- preference to those with C.A. firm experience
- strong presentation skills
- 3 plus years experience in an administrative type role
