I am seeking I or 2 female roommates to share a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Finch Ave East.
Monthly rent is CAD$1100 for 1 person. If sharing, it is CAD$575 a month each for 2 females. All utilities included. Parking is available but monthly fee of $100 is not included. Rental amount may be slightly negotiable depending on your schedule /flexibility.
My 7 year old son lives with me so you must 'love' kids, be understanding, patient, friendly. Experience with younger kids, brothers or nephews would definitely be an asset. If you have a small child, you are welcome to live with us.
The bedroom comes with a private, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom is 12ft x 10 ft. No sharing of bathroom with me nor my son. The bedroom is unfurnished and can fit 1 Full / Queen bed or 2 single beds.
This apartment is furnished with appliances. You will have access to the kitchen, insuite laundry and other areas. You are free to interact as much as you wish with my son and I.
It is a condo like property and comes with many lovely amenities:
-Insuite washer and dryer. There is also a large laundry room for larger loads of laundry.

The building is very clean and well maintained. There is a TTC stop just to the left of the entrance as well as to the right from which you can get the TTC 39 bus to take you to Seneca. You can also walk 5 minutes to the Finch station and take the express (939) to get to college faster, just 3 stops. The 60 TTC Bus will take you to York University from Finch Station. The GO / York bus station is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
Can accommodate a very small dog only.
