88 North Condos - 88 North Condos is a new condo development by St. Thomas Development currently in preconstruction at 88 Queen Street East, Toronto.

88 North Condos will be developed and constructed by St. Thomas Developments . The building site is bordered by Queen Street East on the south side, Shuter Street on the North side, Mutual Street on the east side and Dalhousie Street on the west side.
This will be the largest condo development of its kind in recent Toronto history (given that the parking lot takes up an entire downtown city block), with a plan to build retail, office and residential spaces on the site. As such, the retail strips lining both sides of Queen East of Church Street would likely see a considerable increase in foot traffic.
Within close proximity to the development site you will find many amenities including St James Park, St Michael’s Hospital, The Eaton Centre, the Yonge Subway line, Ryerson University and St Lawrence Market.
The first building to be constructed on the site will be situated at the north end of the property. It will span across Shuter Street with an 8 storey podium and a 29 storey tower in the east side of the podium.
The main floor of the condo will be retail space.
The 2nd to 8th level units will have mix of studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedroom and 2 storey loft suites. All of these will have glass enclosed 4 season style balconies.
The 9th to 29th level condo units will have will have mix of studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedroom suites. All of these will have traditional open balconies.
The ceilings heights will be 8’6” on the 2nd to 18th levels and 9’ on the 19th to 29th levels.
88 North Condos will be released in early January 2016.
